Overview

This short safari from Arusha offers the highlights of the Serengeti National park famous for the Great migration accompanied by big cats; and Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unbroken caldera known for its large number of lions and rarely seen black rhinos. The trip has been carefully crafted for travelers with limited time in Tanzania but still dying to see the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.

On your way to the Serengeti, you have options of visiting renowned Olduvai Gorge where the Leakey family uncovered the fossil Homo habilis (the handy man), the first tool user, living over 1.75 million years ago or socializing with the Masai people at one of their village.

This morning, a game drive introduces you to the famed reserve, where you find the greatest concentration of species in all of Tanzania.
