From your first conversation to your return home, our role is to make sure everything feels handled, calm, and exactly right.

Clear Pricing & Inclusions
Once your itinerary is designed, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining:

Private guiding and transport

Park fees and permits

Meals and transfers

What is included and what is not
We take time to walk through this with you and answer any questions.
Our pricing reflects the level of care, reliability, and personal attention we provide — not volume or shortcuts.

Secure & Simple Payments

A 30% deposit confirms your booking.

The deposit is non-refundable.
-
The remaining balance is due prior to travel, as specified in your confirmation.

Payments are made via bank transfer or credit/ debit cards.
The Shrike Journey Credit
We understand that plans can change.
If a confirmed journey is cancelled:

The 30% deposit remains non-refundable.

Any amount paid above the 30% deposit is converted into a Shrike Journey Credit.

The credit may be applied toward a future Shrike Safaris journey within 36 months (3 years) of the original departure date.

The credit is valid for the original traveler or may be transferred once to friends or immediate family.

The credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for a refund.

New journeys are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
This reflects our commitment to long-term relationships while honoring the design work and supplier commitments already in place.
