Kenya & Tanzania Safari
— 14 Days
East Africa Without The Journey Feeling Heavy

A privately guided safari through Tanzania and Kenya designed for travelers wanting to experience East Africa’s iconic wildlife regions -
without the journey becoming exhausting along the way.
Cross-border safaris can easily turn into too much movement, too many transitions, and long travel days that slowly drain the experience.
This journey was designed differently.
Safari Style: Luxury— Refined & Effortless
Duration: 14 Days
Best For: Travelers wanting both Tanzania and Kenya without rushing through either
Typical Investment: From $1,500—$3,000 per person, per day

What The Journey Feels Like
The landscape changes constantly throughout the journey.
The open plains of the Serengeti.
The atmosphere around Ngorongoro.
Then later, the different rhythm of the Masai Mara.
But despite crossing countries, the safari never feels chaotic.
That part matters more than most travelers expect.
Long border days, badly timed transfers, and too much movement can quietly wear people down halfway through a safari.
This journey avoids that wherever possible.
The Route
Arusha → Serengeti → Ngorongoro → Nairobi → Masai Mara → Departure
The journey is structured to move naturally north through the ecosystem instead of constantly backtracking between regions.
That creates a safari that feels lighter and easier to move through day by day.
Where You Stay
The camps and lodges on this safari are selected for:
-
strong wildlife access
-
comfort after longer safari days
-
atmosphere and location
-
how naturally they fit the overall flow of the route
Some are positioned close to migration areas.
Others are chosen because they allow the safari itself to breathe a little.
That balance is important on a longer East African journey.

A Typical Day On Safari
Some days begin with long game drives across open plains following wildlife movement between regions.
Other days feel quieter.
Lunch back at camp.
Watching animals pass nearby while the afternoon heat settles in.
Evenings around the fire talking through the day before dinner.
The safari keeps changing -
but without constantly feeling rushed.

A Recent Kenya & Tanzania Safari
Alex & Regan (USA) wanted to experience both Tanzania and Kenya -
but were concerned the safari might become too heavy once travel days started adding up.
Instead of adding more parks unnecessarily, we focused on:
-
smoother routing between regions
-
enough time in each wildlife area
-
camps selected for comfort and location
-
realistic pacing throughout the journey
Originally, they planned to begin in Tanzania and spend more time in the Serengeti.
But as the journey developed, they decided to start from Nairobi, Kenya instead, spend more time in the Masai Mara, and reduce some nights in the Serengeti.
That adjustment completely changed the rhythm of the journey.
“We covered so much, but it never felt rushed or exhausting. Everything flowed naturally from one place to the next.”
— Alex & Regan, USA
